Biography

Following two years of preparatory classes, Thomas decided in March 2019 to move in Madagascar to live a new high-intensity societal experience. Therefore he went at Ambohidratrimo for a humanitarian mission as acting director of a disadvantaged child care center of 200 children with 53 employees. He set up several projects to enable the center’s autonomy in energy and water, but also to restore its food and financial independence. Back in France in September 2019, he continued his training as a business engineer specializing in sustainable development. Meanwhile, he began his first professional experience as a CSR officer at Telehopping, a former subsidiary of TF1 Group, during which he structured and planned the company’s CSR strategy. He joined Bpifrance in September 2020 as a sustainability and CSR officer. He is entrusted with several assignments allowing him to acquire expertise on topics such as CSR certifications and labels which he will become a reference within the structure. Innovation and impact will also be at the heart of its activity as it will be responsible for highlighting new solutions for the ecological transition during events. Then, he joined Novethic in September 2022 as a training officer.
